digital printing materials, high-quality organic/inorganic hybrid materials, etc.

Work content⁺

Extraction and application technology of natural nanocrystalline cellulose in crops: High value-added nanocrystalline cellulose is extracted from straw and used in the development of green products such as photovoltaic films and packaging materials.

Highly transparent polyimide films: Aiming at the bottleneck problem of dark color of polyimide films, it breaks through key technologies such as molecular design and synthesis technology to prepare polyimide films with high temperature resistance and high transparency.

Hydrophobic and oleophobic films: Based on organic/inorganic hybrid materials and UV curing technology, the hydrophobic oleophobic film is developed to be applied to the surface protection of glass, polymer, metal and other substrates.

full battery assembly, test and evaluation.

Large capacity cathode material/The application of new materials are studied

High nickel cathode material coating technology: Aiming at the problem of high alkali content on the surface of high nickel cathode materials, sensitivity to water and serious capacity attenuation, a new surface coating technology has been developed to improve stability in circulation.

High safety diaphragm coating materials: In view of the key problems of poor thermal stability of polyolefin separator, poor wettability of electrolyte and puncture resistance, multi-functional coating materials are developed based on organic-inorganic hybrid technology to improve the safety performance of lithium batteries.

Large capacity cathode material: Nano-silicon and nano-silicon composite technology are develop to improve the circulating stability of silicon cathode materials.

The application of new materials are studied: The application of new materials are studied and high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries are developed. Collaborations are maintained with international partners to study the failure mechanism of materials and batteries.

Intelligent transportation system: Developed an intelligent transportation system based on Beidou navigation, and verified the aging resistance of equipment and instruments to further improve their performance.

Intelligent controlling system: In response to the upgrading of traditional enterprise technologies, an integrated controlling system has been developed to achieve centralized control of multiple devices, significantly reducing labor costs and improving productivity.

New vision system: Integrated touch display system for interactive experience, conference communication, teaching and other fields to improve office efficiency; naked-eye 3D display system, showing more vivid display effects; motion capture technology and system for special effects production in movies.

Data security detection system: It is used to diagnose the security of the database and propose solutions to prevent data loss or damage and maintain data security.
